Buyer's Guide

  1. We constantly monitor our competitors pricing!Quite simply we have much lower operating costs than the competition. We do virtually all of our business from our contact centers. We put our money into great front line staff that has the depth of experience to keep you happy. We have no big box store, no big box overhead. No big paper catalog. It’s green and lean! No competitor can match our combination of customer service and pricing!
  2. Our Terms We offer 30 day terms to all listed public companies and government entities, public schools and private universities. We also offer terms to private companies on a credit approval basis.
  3. We respond quickly to RFQ’s and bids We offer cyclical contract pricing for those customers who frequently purchase products. Your personal sales rep will set up your login access so that your SAVED LIST will contain each item we have quoted you. Your sales rep can also work with you on One-Time Volume Purchasing Agreements. We are happy to compete on a bid to bid basis for your business.
  4. Cost Savings for cash! If you have a very large order and you are willing to pay us up front, we are willing to work the deal at a very, low margin. Since our credit lines are not tied up, our cash flow is not tied up; our collections staff will never be involved. It’s simply a quick paper transaction for us.
  5. Cash Flow is critical! We are a stockless distributor with many vendor, their terms are all net 30. If you don’t pay within terms then we are financing your purchases and have to have a margin that justifies that. If you are one of those 60 day term payers and think you are saving money and cash flow, in truth you are merely transferring the cost to your vendor who will no doubt take that into consideration when dealing with your company. If you want our best price, pay us on time or early.
  6. While our website prices are as competitive as possible, we will not be undersold. We have a cost and a minimum profit we need to make on average. If you want a quote on all your high use products, we will simply be taking a guess. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SAVE MONEY! Just fax over a copy of a month or 2 of your supplies invoices. You can black out the vendor if you like. This will indicate the volumes you order, the products you order and what you are paying. Let us sharpen our pencil and go to town on saving you money! We promise you we will save you a lot! Contact your sales rep.
  7. We do not charge sales tax outside the state of California! We use large wholesale distributors and ship directly from our toner manufacturers. The product is freshest that way, and it means we have virtually everything in stock at all times. The big boys do the same for many of their products. Our suppliers have facilities throughout the country. The big players with retail outlets create a nexus for them in all states, is they charge you sales tax nationwide. THIS CAN SAVE YOU AS MUCH AS 8% PLUS in the high sales tax states! So even if our price should be the same as the big boys, we still save you.
  8. Do you order a million dollars or more in Office and Technology supplies a year? We can work up a cost plus proposal for you and basically act as your purchasing department negotiating and giving you access to wholesale vendors and our purchasing power. We will operate with total transparency, giving you the vendor invoices. This requires a minimum 2 year contract and purchases of at least 1 million dollars a year. You would be surprised at how much better we can do than the big boys in business to business supply sales.
  9. INK AND TONER Let us advise you! We have thousands and thousands of customers and many years experience in dealing with every ink and toner in the business. We know what works well for your application. Tell us what is more important for each device, price or quality and reliability. If you deal with us or anyone else and shop only on price when it comes to compatibles, you will typically get what you pay for. We will tell you the truth about return percentages on any of our compatible brands! We know many of you have simply had bad experiences with compatibles. Let us show you what truth in toner can do for you!
  10. Give us a chance! Don’t assume the big corporate players can beat us in price or service. We are a hungry and nimble player and we are big enough to get as good a cost on products as they do or work on a lower margin! Give us you honest feedback! Tell us what you need from us. If we can do it we will! We are growing rapidly and adding new reps all the time. We train them well and all are very smart, sharp, and have the necessary decision making power to take care of you. However now and then, a customer and rep do not click and you may go away and not even tell us why! Please don’t do that. We care and if you are not happy, neither are we.
